Preventative Maintenance

If you’re starting to hear squeaks or a grinding noise, it’s time to get your brakes inspected. One of our technicians will give you a thorough inspection for free and then recommend a solution for you. We stock name brand brake pads and brake shoes and can resurface your drums or rotors to make sure your car is braking the way it should be.

Keeping your car on a regular service schedule will make sure that you can put as many miles as possible on your vehicle and that you don’t run into bigger problems down the road. Your owners manual will tell you when to bring the car in for service. If you don’t have it anymore, you can give us a call and we will recommend something for your specific vehicle.

Your engine uses oil to reduce wear on all the moving parts but over time it does break down. Most cars recommend an oil change between every 3000-5000 miles so make sure to check the owners manual. When you’re ready, our oil change includes up to 5 quarts of a name brand oil, a name brand oil filter and a courtesy vehicle inspection. For an additional fee, we can include a high performance or high mileage oil for you.

Having a working heating and cooling system in your car is essential to being comfortable when driving.  The coolant that runs through it must be maintained otherwise, it can start to degrade other components like the hoses and gaskets.  Degraded coolant can also lead to premature water pump failure due to deteriorated seals.  Thankfully, this can be avoided with regular coolant flushes at intervals recommended by your manufacture.

Winter time can wreak havoc on your vehicle, destroying your tires, chassis, battery and more. Let our technicians inspect your car before it’s too late. Along with topping off your fluids, they can recommend any preventative work that can be done to make sure you don’t get stranded in the snow with unexpected maintenance bills.
